Crystalline type screening

Heating process
Use indirect heating and drying, indirect drying by pure hot air to avoid direct contact of flame with materials and prevent the addition of harmful substances.
Drying process
By using fluidized bed drying and low frequency and high amplitude wave drying, it can avoid violent collision between materials, remove free water and keep the integrity of crystal.
Moisture control
Copper sulfate pentahydrate is very stable under normal temperature and pressure, and does not deliquesce. As long as five crystal water is ensured, copper sulfate is in a relatively stable state. (Calculated by CuSO4 · 5H2O) Copper sulfate content≥96%,contains 2% - 4% free wate. The product canonly be mixed with other feed additives or feed raw materials after further drying to remove free water, otherwise the feed quality will be affected due to high water content.
